Kevin: You mentioned teeth problems. We really haven’t discussed teeth issues with anyone out of this program. And certain people on a raw diet do experience hot and cold sensitivity, and is the fact that the symbol of teeth beginning to rot? What is happening there?
Kevin:
Jameth: Yes it could be, and most a raw fooder has had tooth problems, it is in fact the team which has almost all tooth issues in my experience, and especially in the years past, because there’s far more awareness of that, is raw fooders, which is ironic. The worst dental health I have seen is in raw fooders.
Jameth:
Kevin: Whoa.
Kevin:
Jameth: Now when I was mostly a fruitarian, I’d a number of cavities when I was a kid, I think 4, and as soon as I was mainly fruitarian, the tooth of mine started rotting from my mouth. I got many, most cavities, which was during that similar time of athletics when I was eating a lot of sugar. Today, someone would say, “Well, I’m eating this raw food, important, healthy, gorgeous fruit,” and I’m not at all an anti fruit individual, but by no means do I suggest fruitarianism either.
Jameth:
Kevin: Right.
Kevin:
Jameth: I was eating more sugar then I was when I was a regular processed food kid at Halloween so forth. A regular person, if they take in fast foods as well as sugars, they’ll have a snack bar in this article, there, perhaps when a day, something like that, perhaps twice 1 day. So, two times 1 day you have sugar passing by the teeth of yours. When you’re a raw fooder and eating lots of fruit, you’re experiencing sugar pass by your teeth a dozen times one day. I’ll have a slice of fruit now. Have a slice of fruit later. And, fruit’s so low calorie, you have much more communication time with sugar on your teeth. And, it is ironic that a typical candy bar has a very limited ability to feed your cells because it’s white sugar, it is preservatives, there’s very little nutrients in it, it is just absolute crap, and also you cannot sustain cellular life perfectly whatsoever. Plus, the bacteria that live under your gums, when they get a chocolate bar, they can develop from that. However, they can’t cultivate nearly as well as they are able to from fruit sugar since fruit sugar is live, it’s crucial, it has enzymes, it has life force. The water in veggie’s and fruits is a minimal surface tension structured water which feeds the cells of ours phenomenally superior to a candy bar. That’s one of the reasons raw foods and foods that are whole are so good for us. Bacteria under your teeth thrive on fruit sugar as nothing else since it is more vital for them, too. And, they get rid of bad breath (enquiry) better.
Jameth:
Kevin: Right. Very important for us and them.
